As a Consultant-in-Training (CIT) with EMDRIA, I provide individual and group consultation that is practical, supportive, and tailored to your needs as a therapist. These consultations are for clinicians who have completed an EMDRIA-approved basic training and are ready to deepen their confidence and skill.
I can offer up to 15 of the 20 consultation hours required for EMDRIA certification. If you are not interested in certification but want to feel more grounded in your EMDR practice, I’ve got you covered too. Whether your goal is certification, sharpening specific skills, or simply integrating EMDR more effectively into your work, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
Consultation is not about perfection. It is about building confidence, expanding perspective, and having a safe space to ask questions, troubleshoot, and grow in your practice.

If you are curious about how I can support your development as an EMDR therapist, let’s talk.
Fellow social workers hold a YOUnique place in my heart. I know firsthand how much supervision can shape your growth. Sometimes it feels like rocket fuel, and sometimes it feels like sitting through a really bad group project you never signed up for. I have had both kinds, and that is exactly why I am committed to creating an environment that feels safe, supportive, and actually useful for you. My goal is to help you feel confident in your skills while also caring for your well-being along the way.
I am a Board Certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor in Maryland and provide both individual and group supervision for social workers working toward their clinical licensure.
In our work together, I welcome humor, encourage authenticity, and fully believe supervision should be a space where you can bring your whole messy, brilliant, human self, not just the polished “professional mask.”
If you are interested in working together, let’s start with a virtual “meet and greet” to make sure we are a good fit.

Starting out in your counseling career is exciting, but let’s be honest, it is like hiking a trail you thought was a loop, only to realize it actually goes up a mountain. The right supervision can make all the difference. I provide individual clinical supervision for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) in Maryland, and I sometimes offer group supervision as well. Reach out to check current availability.
In Maryland, LGPCs need 100 hours of direct supervision with a Board-approved licensed supervisor after completing their Master’s degree. Up to 50 of those hours can be completed with a Board-approved non-LCPC supervisor. In other words, you have options and we can make it work.
Supervision with me is not just about logging hours and checking boxes. It is about shaping your professional identity, building confidence, and figuring out how to do this work without burning yourself out. My goal is to make supervision supportive, collaborative, and yes, sometimes even fun, while helping you grow the skills you need to thrive in this field.
